We are a Canadian sales agency for building-supply and hardware brands, based in Guelph, Ontario. Brands use us to reach retail buyers without building a Canadian sales team of their own. Retailers use us to reach many of those brands through one rep.
Our Story
Brands want distribution. Retailers want verified, reliable supply. Between the two sits a long road: line reviews, listings, EDI, bilingual labelling, freight, invoicing, and reorders.
Most brands should not have to build all of that to sell in Canada. Most retailers should not have to chase a separate contact for every good product they find.
Seffla sits in the middle and makes the introduction pay off for both. We start in Canada, our reps already sell into US banners, and we are extending the same network across the Americas.
How It Works
We can carry your line into buyer meetings, manage it once it lists, and handle the work that sits between an order and the shelf. You choose how much of that you want. Some brands only need representation. For some accounts, we can also act as the Canadian vendor, hold stock in Guelph and ship.
Brands on the network are vetted before they list. You can reach every line we carry through one rep. On our storefront, approved buyers can order anything from a pallet of product down to the single item they cannot find anywhere else. Opening an account is free: you pay for product, not for access.
The same team that pitches a line is the team that answers when a shipment runs short. Pricing, samples, short shipments and claims go to one person who knows the account.
Where We Work
Seffla works from our Guelph, Ontario warehouse.
From there we can receive, store, pick, pack and ship for the brands that want fulfillment. Holding stock in Ontario means a retailer's reorder can ship in days rather than waiting on a container.
Seffla represents building-supply and hardware brands, and every line goes through the same rep.
We sell into big box retailers, national and regional chains, wholesalers and distributors, and independent stores. Our reps sell into major retail banners in both Canada and the United States.
